From the Principal’s desk…
St. Joseph Catholic School was founded in 1950 with the mission of offering a Catholic education which incorporates the three pillars of Faith, Family & Excellence. We proudly continue this tradition for our students and their families.
Catholic schools are not like public schools. Our parents and teachers know and understand the link between faith and education. We know that our actions and words serve more than our personal needs and wants. Catholic schools exist for and within a community far beyond the schoolyard. At SJS we are forming children who will serve as the parents, teachers and leaders in tomorrow’s world.
At SJS we believe in educating the whole child. We offer a wide variety of clubs and activities for our students to explore. Our students are encouraged to take part in music, art, video production, journalism, board games, ecology and one of our many after school sports programs.
St. Joseph School is a sacred place. We have deep roots, our heritage and our wonderful traditions. Our school has been blessed with the support of this community for over 70 years. We are confident that with this continued support and our faith in God, we are securing a bright future for these children, your family and our society.
Together in Christ,
Mr. Roger Ranney
