READING HOMEWORK
Students are expected to read 20 minutes every day. Each student will receive their first monthly reading log in mid August. You will need to read with or to your child, log the name of the book and sign your name. Students who participate faithfully will be recognized at Semester Awards Assemblies.
Beginning in September, please print a new Reading Log every month to submit with your child's homework folder. If you cannot print one please notify me and I will be happy to send one home for your child. |

MONTHLY FAMILY PROJECTS
Every month students will be asked to participate in a Family Project. These projects are created to encourage family involvement, develop creativity and social skills. Each student will be given the opportunity to share their project created with their peers.
